Impasto swirls of color move the sky in a composition of color and movement. Off the beaten path in
the outskirts of Southern Arizona I found the Saguaro in bloom accenting the desert fauna. In the far
distance was the coming revitalization of the desert rain. Alive with color and thick, impressionistic
brush strokes, contrasted by the soft gentle blooms create a sense of movement, excitement and symbolism
within the piece.
